Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced finance professional to support operational finance within a freight forwarding context. You will raise AR and process AP invoices, manage intercompany invoicing, and contribute to profit sharing under global policies.

The role requires proficiency in CargoWise One or similar TMS and strong attention to detail with problem-solving initiative to identify revenue leakage and drive improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience in operational finance within the freight forwarding space.
• Knowledge of revenue, costs and profit fundamentals.
• Ability to navigate CargoWise One or a comparable TMS system.

Responsibilities

• Raise AR invoices to customers and overseas offices.
• Auto-rate and validate charges before raising invoices.
• Process AP invoices from service providers.
