Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience delivering admin tasks, regular reporting and analysis in logistics.
• Manage inbox and Salesforce cases within SLAs.
• Coordinate with 3PL providers for returns and servicing.
• Identify opportunities to improve logistics operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage the logistics team outlook inbox and Salesforce cases.
• Respond to emails and track status of queries or escalations.
• Deliver daily reporting and perform required analysis.
• Oversee Order Management and related admin tasks.
• Support the returns process, including lost in transit and damaged in transit claims.
• Manage Returns Portal and related escalations.
• Support inbound freight tracking and stock recalls coordination.
• Oversee stock in transit issues and SKU management.
• Communicate with 3PL partners and manufacturers to optimise operations.
