Job summary

GPT Group in Sydney is seeking a Property Finance Analyst to join our Logistics Finance team on a 12-month fixed term contract. You will deliver accurate reporting, manage month-end processes and support budgeting, forecasting and valuations for a diverse logistics portfolio.

Reporting to the Portfolio Finance Manager, you will liaise with external property managers, collaborate with asset teams and assist with Anaplan budgeting, debt reconciliation and investment property revaluations.

Qualifications

Bachelor of Commerce or equivalent required or highly regarded.
Progress towards CA/CPA preferred.
Experience with SAP, Anaplan, HFM/Oracle or Tableau is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Prepare month-end reporting including income, expense and capital accruals and prepayments, and balance sheet reconciliations.
Prepare monthly management reports with variance commentary for the asset team.
Liaise with external property managers on reporting, trial balances and forecasts; support statutory disclosures.
Manage tenant outgoings processes including budgets, wash-ups, accruals and audit review workbooks.
Update the Anaplan budgeting and forecasting model with leasing forecasts and operating expenses.
Assist with forecast/budget presentations for internal investment teams and external owners.
Assist with valuation packs and posting investment property revaluations.
Oversee debt arrears reconciliation and support bad debt recommendations.
