Job summary

L'Occitane en Provence is seeking a commercially driven warehouse and distribution leader to oversee daily logistics, including warehousing, e-commerce fulfilment, assembly and kitting from the Silverwater Distribution Centre in Australia. You will guide a high-performing team, manage budgets and uphold FEFO inventory discipline.

The role requires at least five years in a management position within logistics or warehouse operations and strong experience with Navision/SAP.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in a management role within warehouse, operations, supply chain, inventory or logistics.
• Minimum of 5 years' team management experience.
• Advanced knowledge of logistics and warehouse operations.
• Advanced knowledge of warehouse management applications such as Navision and SAP.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all day-to-day logistics operations including warehousing, e-commerce fulfilment, assembly and kitting.
• Lead, mentor and develop the Distribution Centre team, including casual and seasonal staff.
• Foster a positive, high-performing culture aligned with brand values.
• Manage warehouse operating budgets including labour, freight, packing supplies and fixed costs.
• Ensure inventory accuracy with FEFO discipline and secure inventory.
• Manage inbound/outbound freight and domestic distribution in Australia and NZ.
• Oversee relationships with key suppliers and coordinate with IT and security vendors.
