Job summary

Advanced Navigation Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Warehouse Logistics professional to own end-to-end operations—from outbound shipping to inbound receiving and stock control at our advanced manufacturing facility. This role coordinates between Warehouse, Procurement and Production to ensure stock accuracy and timely production.

Qualifications

• Must be able to obtain a Forklift licence.
• 5+ years working in a warehouse, logistics or inventory management role.
• Experience using ERP/MRP systems (Dynamics 365, NetSuite, SAP).
• DG shipping certification or similar is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end warehouse logistics including outbound shipping and inbound receiving, freight and customs.
• Lead receiving and inspection against PO, drawings and quality requirements.
• Maintain stock accuracy and cycle counts, use ERP/MRP to reconcile variances.
• Prepare and audit international trade documents and manage temporary shipments.
• Support junior staff and drive SOPs across shipping, receiving and inventory.
