Job summary

David Jones is seeking an experienced Support Team Leader to lead the logistics and stock distribution efforts across our store network in Australia. You will coordinate stock flow to the shopfloor, manage outbound fulfilment, and ensure timely vendor payments while upholding safety and operational standards.

You will foster a collaborative team environment, drive improvements in processes, and coach staff to achieve service levels and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate stock flow to the shopfloor including tagging and distribution.
• Oversee outbound process and instore fulfilment within SLAs.
• Ensure timely and accurate payments to vendors per SLA.
• Manage contractor access and WHS/compliance in store environments.
• Support sustainability initiatives with the Ops/Support Manager.
• Lead shrinkage control and conduct investigations of SOH variances.
• Monitor security, cash handling, and POS adherence to reduce errors.
• Coordinate training and maintain WHS and injury management records.
• Follow David Jones policies on inventory management and processes.
• Delegate tasks across the team to meet timelines and project goals.
• Coach and develop the Logistics team for high performance.
