Sharp and Carter is assisting a large FMCG company in Melbourne to recruit a Logistics Manager for a newly created role. You will own service levels, oversee 3PL and in-house operations, and shape the future logistics function across ANZ.

• Drive service level performance across the ANZ logistics network, working with 3PL partners and in-house operations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with third-party logistics providers, holding them accountable to agreed service and performance standards.
• Support and contribute to the supply chain transformation agenda, helping shape how logistics operates across the network going forward.
• Identify and implement improvements to network visibility, resilience, and efficiency.
• Analyse logistics performance data and translate it into clear recommendations for senior stakeholders.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with different business functions.
• Contribute to network redesign projects across ANZ.

To Be Successful You Will Have

• Solid logistics experience within FMCG or a similarly complex, fast-paced supply chain environment
• A strong understanding of 3PL operations and third-party logistics management
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive performance improvement
• The communication skills to influence and partner with senior stakeholders and external providers
• A continuous improvement mindset and an appetite to contribute to transformation
• Comfortable working in an environment that is evolving and fast moving
