Join a Leading Global Consumer Appliances Brand | Australia & New Zealand

We are a globally recognised household and kitchen appliance brand, renowned for innovation, premium quality, and iconic design. Operating across Australia and New Zealand as part of a multinational consumer goods group, we are dedicated to enhancing everyday life at home.

With our broad range of high-demand products, we deliver outstanding quality across major retail, trade, and direct-to-consumer channels—and we are currently looking for a Logistics Specialist to join our team.

About the Role

As our Logistics Specialist, you’ll work across inventory, logistics, order management, returns, and 3PL operations, partnering with internal teams and external logistics providers to keep our products moving and our customers well supported.

You’ll serve as a key point of contact for logistics and order queries, while using your SAP and analytical skills to identify operational bottlenecks, improve processes, and maintain accurate inventory and system data.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage inventory accuracy and reconciliation across SAP and 3PL warehouse management systems.

  • Investigate stock discrepancies, short shipments, oversupply, mispicks, and lost-in-transit claims.

  • Own the end-to-end returns process across B2B, D2C, and online marketplace channels.

  • Coordinate outbound logistics in close partnership with transport carriers and 3PL partners.

  • Monitor key logistics KPIs including DIFOT, PGI, and carrier delivery compliance.

  • Manage trade customer order queries and coordinate order processing across Australia and New Zealand.

  • Process EDI, portal, and manual orders for key retail and commercial partners.

  • Manage pricing claims, short-shipment disputes, and day-to-day order exceptions.

  • Maintain SAP customer, store, and logistics master data.

  • Support month-end inventory reconciliation and order management closing activities.

  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, IT, and Customer Service to resolve operational issues and enhance workflows.

  • Contribute to testing, user acceptance, and implementation for supply chain system upgrades and continuous improvement initiatives.

About You

We’re looking for someone commercially minded, highly organised, and solutions-focused, with the confidence to take end-to-end ownership.

Key Requirements:

  • Advanced SAP experience, ideally within supply chain, logistics, or order management modules.

  • Strong background in inventory control, stock reconciliation, and materials handling.

  • Proven experience collaborating with third-party logistics (3PL) providers and transport carriers.

  • Sound analytical capability, data literacy, and operational reporting skills.

  • Clear stakeholder communication and conflict resolution skills.

  • High attention to detail with the ability to prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • High degree of autonomy and sound decision‑making capabilities.

  • Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Experience with 3PL warehouse management systems (WMS), process re‑engineering, or supply chain change management will be highly regarded.

What We Offer

  • The backing, resources, and career pathways of a major global enterprise paired with the agility of a close‑knitted, collaborative regional team.

  • Broad functional scope spanning inventory, transport, customer fulfilment, and systems improvement.

  • A supportive, values‑driven culture focused on operational excellence and personal development.
