Job summary

Sharp & Carter Supply Chain VIC is seeking a Logistics Manager to lead a major ANZ transformation within a large FMCG network. You will own service level performance, manage 3PL and in-house operations, and shape how logistics operates across the region.

This newly created role offers stretch, exposure to senior leadership, and clear development pathways as the business continues to promote from within. You will partner across functions to drive efficiency, resilience and smarter network design.

Responsibilities

• Drive service level performance across the ANZ logistics network with 3PL and in-house ops.
• Build strong relationships with 3PLs and hold them to performance standards.
• Contribute to the supply chain transformation agenda across the network.
• Identify and implement improvements for visibility, resilience, and efficiency.
• Analyse logistics performance data and translate into recommendations for leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive service level performance across the ANZ logistics network, working with 3PL partners and in-house operations
• Build and maintain strong relationships with third-party logistics providers, holding them accountable to agreed service and performance standards
• Support and contribute to the supply chain transformation agenda, helping shape how logistics operates across the network going forward
• Identify and implement improvements to network visibility, resilience, and efficiency
• Analyse logistics performance data and translate it into clear recommendations for senior stakeholders
• Collaborate cross-functionally with different business functions
• Contribute to network redesign projects across ANZ

To Be Successful You Will Have

• Solid logistics experience within FMCG or a similarly complex, fast-paced supply chain environment
• A strong understanding of 3PL operations and third-party logistics management
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive performance improvement
• The communication skills to influence and partner with senior stakeholders and external providers
• A continuous improvement mindset and an appetite to contribute to transformation
• Comfortable working in an environment that is evolving and fast moving
