MPK is seeking a Stores, Materials and Logistics Coordinator for the Roma site to manage warehouse operations, inventory control and supply chain coordination. You will develop procedures, maintain stock accuracy and work with vendors to ensure safe, compliant and timely delivery of materials and equipment.

As part of the WIS team, you will support the Superintendents and wider team, ensuring efficient warehousing, timely issue/receipt of goods and adherence to safety and regulatory standards in

Formación

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in supply chain, inventory or logistics management, preferably in Oil & Gas.
• Experience working in a highly regulated environment and with vendors/logistics providers.
• Strong communication and numeracy skills; able to work in a team or independently.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and implement an efficient warehouse layout and ensure safe operations.
• Develop and maintain inventory control systems and warehousing processes.
• Coordinate storage, handling and auditing of inventory and equipment.
• Forecast demand with internal stakeholders and manage delivery schedules.
• Maintain relationships with transport and logistics providers for timely shipping.
• Ensure compliance with explosives handling and Australian Standards.
