James Fisher and Sons plc is seeking a Logistics & Infrastructure Manager in Caringbah, NSW. You will lead a critical function handling inventory, warehousing, logistics, and site facilities to support programme delivery and growth.

The role emphasizes governance, data-driven performance, and scalable processes across the logistics operation, with opportunities to drive continuous improvement and strategic impact.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in stores, logistics, warehousing or related fields.
• Experience managing inventory, warehouse operations and stock accuracy.
• Experience overseeing facilities and infrastructure, including maintenance and contractors.
• Qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations Management or related discipline.
• Demonstrated history of developing and improving operational processes.
• Strong systems capability with ERP/WMS and data-driven performance.
• Knowledge of quality, safety and regulatory requirements.
• Experience in Defence/regulatory environments is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Stores & Logistics team to ensure safe, efficient and compliant operations.
• Drive inventory accuracy and performance through warehousing, logistics, freight and material movements.
• Improve warehouse efficiency, material flow and storage utilisation to reduce waste.
• Monitor KPIs and leverage data to drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with procedures, quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Lead audits, inventory reviews and corrective actions with governance.
• Manage facilities and infrastructure, maintenance programmes and site services.
