Job summary

Next3pl is seeking an analytical ICT Business Analyst to bridge logistics needs with IT capabilities. You will evaluate operations, gather software requirements, and deliver data-driven recommendations to optimise WMS, ERP, and integrated logistics software.

You will work with warehouse, client services, and leadership teams to align milestones and outcomes for business development, with a strong focus on data-driven decision making and process enhancement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, BIS, CS or related field; Master’s in ICT/AI highly regarded.
• 2–3 years in data analysis, business analysis, or logistics analysis.
• Strong data interpretation and trend analysis abilities; capable of producing complex SLA reports.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholders and work with cross-functional teams.
• Proficient with data tools, SQL, and process mapping software.

Responsibilities

• Gather and translate stakeholder needs into functional specs; analyse operations to improve efficiency.
• Develop and maintain high-end reports and SLAs to monitor system performance.
• Map current to desired logistics workflows to streamline 3PL operations.
• Collaborate with account managers, technical teams, and external stakeholders for system integrations.
• Evaluate emerging tech/tools to support automated reporting and decision making.
• Use project management methods to plan, cost, and manage projects.
• Deploy functional solutions, test plans, and ensure system quality.
• Create system specifications using data and process modelling techniques.
