Job summary

Refresco is seeking a highly organised Logistics Admin to support the day-to-day administration of our warehouse, transport and distribution operations at the Condell Park site.

You will work closely with the Warehouse Manager and team to coordinate transport activities, maintain inventory records and process delivery documentation, ensuring timely service and accurate data across the supply chain. This permanent, full-time role offers career growth within a fast-paced FMCG environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics, transport, warehouse administration.
• Strong knowledge of transport coordination and inventory processes.
• Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP, Dynamics) and data accuracy.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate transport schedules with carriers and internal stakeholders.
• Process transport, dispatch, POD, CHEP and inventory documentation.
• Manage freight cost calculations and billing discrepancies.
• Support warehouse and logistics inventory transactions.
• Communicate delays and issues, drive process improvements.
