Job summary

IVE Group in Victoria is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to provide essential administrative support to the Logistics and Despatch function. You will coordinate day-to-day logistics, prepare delivery instructions, assist with freight bookings and maintain accurate system records.

Working as part of the Logistics team, you’ll track deliveries, obtain proof of delivery, and generate reports while supporting the Despatch Manager and broader team.

Qualifications

• Previous administration or coordination experience.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Strong organisation and time management.
• Good written and verbal communication; proficient with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating day-to-day logistics and despatch administration.
• Preparing delivery instructions and freight documentation.
• Assisting with freight bookings and liaising with transport providers.
• Tracking deliveries and following up outstanding or delayed consignments.
• Obtaining and maintaining proof of delivery documentation.
• Processing sales orders and maintaining accurate system records.
• Assisting with stock and inventory administration.
• Preparing reports, job breakups and logistics information.
• Responding to internal enquiries.
• Providing general administrative support to the Logistics / Despatch Manager and wider team.
