Job summary

Davies Stewart, Adelaide-based asset integrity and inspection specialists, is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to support warehouse operations and inventory management in Hindmarsh. The role blends hands-on warehousing with digital stock control, reporting to operations management.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehousing, inventory control, logistics coordination, or storeperson duties.
• Ability to use warehouse software and perform administrative duties.
• Excellent time management and accuracy in inventory logs.
• Strong communication with internal teams, freight providers, and field staff.
• Full work rights in Australia and a valid driver's licence.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day warehouse workflows and inventory controls.
• Prepare, pack, and dispatch outgoing shipments.
• Maintain digital inventory records and purchase orders.
• Inspect and restock field equipment packages.
• Maintain a safe, clean warehouse per WHS protocols.
