Job summary

Rashi Joshi is seeking an experienced Logistics Coordinator to join our Adelaide-based Edwardstown team. The role involves hands-on management of domestic and international freight, inventory movements, procurement support and stakeholder coordination.

You will liaise with freight forwarders, suppliers and customers, track deliveries, raise purchase orders and maintain reliable logistics records while supporting project stakeholders with timely updates.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics, supply chain, freight coordination or procurement support.
• Experience coordinating domestic and international freight activities.
• Understanding of inventory management and warehouse processes.
• Strong administration, reporting and organisational skills.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication abilities.
• Experience using ERP systems, Xero or similar platforms.
