Job summary

Randstad is recruiting a 3PL Logistics Coordinator to join a busy Horsley Park warehouse in NSW. You will act as the on-site liaison between the business and the 3PL provider, oversee inventory, orders and day-to-day warehouse operations, and help drive performance across the supply chain.

Ideal candidates have experience in 3PL warehousing, inventory control and order fulfilment, plus hands-on use of ERP systems such as JD Edwards E1, SAP or Oracle.

Qualifications

• Experience across 3PL operations, warehousing, logistics or supply chain.
• Understanding of warehouse operations, inventory control and order fulfilment.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems (JD Edwards E1, SAP, Oracle).

Responsibilities

• Act as the key on-site contact between the business and the 3PL warehouse team.
• Drive 3PL warehouse efficiency, reducing backlogs and improving order fulfilment.
• Complete daily inventory, stock and sales order reconciliations.
• Resolve inventory discrepancies, failed order transactions and stock issues.
• Identify operational bottlenecks to improve warehouse and inventory processes.
• Partner with Supply Chain, Planning, Customer Support and IT teams to troubleshoot issues.

Your New Role

Join a busy 3PL warehouse operation in Horsley Park as a 3PL Logistics Coordinator, where you'll play a key role in keeping inventory, orders and day-to-day warehouse operations running smoothly. Working closely with the 3PL provider and internal Supply Chain teams, you'll resolve operational issues, improve inventory accuracy and help drive overall warehouse performance.

Your Responsibilities:

About You:

• Previous experience across 3PL operations, warehousing, logistics, inventory management or supply chain.
• Understanding of warehouse operations, inventory control and order fulfilment.
• Experience working with a 3PL provider or within a 3PL warehouse environment.
• Hands-on experience with JD Edwards E1, SAP or Oracle.
• Confident investigating inventory discrepancies, system issues and operational exceptions.
