Job summary

Anduril Industries seeks a Logistics Specialist to join the Australia deployment operations. You will design dashboards, automate data pipelines in Python, and optimise ERP/TMS platforms to scale a lean logistics team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Information Systems, Business, Engineering, or related field
• 4+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations with analytics capability
• Strong proficiency in Python for automation and data analysis
• Experience with data visualization and reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar)
• Experience with ERP systems — implementation, configuration, or operational use (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar)
• Strong analytical skills translating data into operational decisions
• Ability to design and implement business processes and SOPs
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Autonomy in lean, fast-paced environments
• Comfortable with both systems/analytics and hands-on logistics execution
• Australian citizenship and security clearance eligibility (NV1/NV2)

Responsibilities

• Own the logistics systems landscape including ERP/TMS configuration and integration design
• Evaluate, implement, and maintain logistics technology solutions to improve efficiency
• Manage system data quality, master data, and integration points across platforms
• Provide system support and training to logistics teams and cross-functional users
• Contribute to technology roadmap decisions with the Senior Logistics Manager
• Build Python-based automation for reporting and data pipelines
• Develop and maintain operational tools to reduce manual effort
• Create automated alerts and escalation triggers for freight operations
• Design reusable templates and toolkits to standardise team work
• Design and maintain logistics dashboards and KPI frameworks (Power BI or similar)
• Track and report on cost per shipment, on-time delivery, transit time, carrier reliability, and claims rate
• Analyze freight spend data to identify savings opportunities
• Deliver weekly operations and monthly executive reporting cadences
• Support freight accruals, invoice reconciliation, and financial reporting
• Contribute to carrier benchmarking, rate analysis, and RFP processes with data insights
• Develop and maintain SOPs, playbooks, and process documentation
• Identify and implement process improvements to streamline operations and reduce cost
• Conduct root-cause analysis of operational exceptions and system failures
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives using data-driven methods
• Provide operational coverage for Senior Logistics Coordinator and manage cross-modal freight coordination
• Handle real-time and ad-hoc requests including carrier escalations and urgent shipments
• Support compliance coordination on import/export matters during coverage periods
• Maintain continuity of freight documentation and shipment tracking during coverage
