Job summary

Air Liquide Healthcare Australia is seeking a Software Engineer to monitor and optimize critical systems including MS Dynamics GP, SQL databases, and BI reporting. You will act as the first IT contact, coordinate with external partners, and develop automation for data processing and reporting.

The role supports ERP migrations, local data needs, and system queries, contributing to higher availability, better dashboards, and streamlined operations for the business.

Qualifications

• ERP experience will be highly regarded.
• Experience with APIs, data integrations, CSV, XML, JSON, and automation tools.
• Strong SQL database administration and reporting experience.
• Power BI skills are advantageous.
• Solid programming skills and understanding of ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Support and monitor MS Dynamics GP, SQL databases, reporting tools, integrations, and business-critical systems.
• Act as the first point of contact for internal IT and system-related issues.
• Coordinate with external IT partners on server management, patching, updates, and escalations.
• Maintain and improve SQL databases, queries, views, stored procedures, and reports.
• Develop and maintain SQL backup schedules, batch jobs, and operational reports.
• Use SQL, PowerShell, APIs, CSV, JSON, and automation tools to improve system efficiency.
• Support API integrations, data imports/exports, and data exchange between systems.
• Assist with Power BI dashboards, KPI reports, and BI reporting.
• Collaborate with Global IT on ERP migrations and local reporting needs.
