Job summary

Primaplas, a leading polymer resins and packaging films supplier in Australia, seeks a Logistics and Sales Support Coordinator for our Sydney team. You will manage end-to-end supply chains, coordinate shipments, and support the sales team to deliver outstanding customer service.

Based in Pyrmont, this role offers a fast-paced, dynamic logistics environment with hybrid work options after probation and a KPI-driven bonus. Australian work rights are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar distribution or freight role is highly regarded.
• Proactive, positive attitude with strong attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn and improve systems and processes.
• Ability to work confidently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• High level of written and spoken English.
• Australian work rights are required for this position.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end supply chain process.
• Process supplier purchase orders and liaise with overseas suppliers.
• Book, monitor, and manage shipments, liaising with shipping lines and freight forwarders.
• Process customer orders and coordinate deliveries, liaising with warehouses.
• Work closely with the sales team and provide excellent customer service.
• Liaise with customs agents and 3PL.
