Wanniassa Wheeler Food in Sydney, NSW is seeking an Administration & Logistics Coordinator to join our manufacturing and distribution team. You will coordinate daily admin tasks and logistics, process orders, manage documentation, and liaise with customers, suppliers and internal departments.

The role suits an organised, proactive professional with experience in administration, logistics or supply chain, and strong Excel/Outlook skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in administration, logistics or supply chain coordination.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and Outlook.
• Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Proactive problem-solving approach.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in food manufacturing, FMCG or wholesale distribution is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily delivery schedules and transport bookings.
• Organise freight and delivery arrangements with transport companies.
• Liaise with drivers, warehouse and dispatch personnel.
• Monitor deliveries and follow up on delays or discrepancies.
• Prepare delivery dockets and dispatch paperwork.
• Coordinate stock availability and communicate shortages.
• Assist with inventory monitoring and stock reconciliation.
• Ensure customer orders are dispatched within required timeframes.
• Process customer orders, invoices and delivery documentation.
• Liaise with customers, suppliers and internal departments.
• Provide general administrative support to management and operations.
