Job summary

LP Consulting Services in Adelaide is seeking a Transport Administrator for a busy transport operation. The role involves data entry, database management, pallet coordination and generating reports in a dynamic environment.

Applicants should be highly organised, proficient with MS Office, and capable of handling PO approvals while supporting the transport team in daily tasks. This temporary, full-time position operates Monday–Friday with hourly pay in AU dollars.

Qualifications

• Experience in data entry within a fast-paced transport/administration environment.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office programs (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Excellent organisational and time management skills; proactive team member.

Responsibilities

• Collecting information from customers and clients
• Entering data into the central database
• Cataloguing the data with appropriate tags for ease of reference
• Pallet management and co-ordination
• Monitory inventory and reducing costs effectively
• Maintaining and updating the database system as necessary
• Generating periodic reports
• Evaluating and approving Purchase Orders (POs)
• Provide general administrative support to the transport team
