Alchemy Recruitment Consulting is recruiting for a Customer Service Representative in Logan Central, Brisbane. The role supports a local government contact centre, handling calls, emails and webchat with a focus on first-contact resolution.

The position is a contract role from 9 November 2026 to 26 February 2027, onsite at Logan Central, with a pay rate of $39.00 per hour plus super and a 38-hour work week. Applicants with cashiering or cash handling experience are encouraged to apply.

Competenze

• Experience in government or utilities preferred.
• Ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Available to start 9 November and commit through to late February.

Mansioni

• Handle inbound calls, emails and webchat enquiries from residents and businesses.
• Resolve enquiries at first point of contact using council knowledge bases, escalating where required.
• Cashier and payment processing duties.
• Support a wide range of council departments as the first point of contact for the community.
