Job summary

Reece Group in Bowral, Australia, is seeking a customer-focused Delivery & Trade Counter Associate to join our busy branch. You’ll split your day between delivering parts to customers, assisting plumbers and tradespeople in person, and keeping the warehouse and trade counter running smoothly.

A typical day involves delivering parts using a company vehicle, picking and packing orders, maintaining stock and displays, and providing friendly product information.

Qualifications

• Experience in delivery driving, retail or customer service.
• Ability to pick orders and maintain shop floor displays.
• Willing to learn new systems and use a computer.
• Valid driver’s licence and willingness to work varied shifts, including weekends.

About the role

As part of the Trade Counter team in Bowral, you’ll divide your time between delivering products, providing customer service to plumbers and other tradespeople as well as undertaking other tasks that keep the warehouse and trade counter running smoothly.

A typical day involves:

• Delivering parts and products to customers using a company vehicle
• Undertaking pick packing and stock control activities
• Helping keep the branch and warehouse tidy and safe
• Providing customer service and information about products

We’d love to hear from you if you’re someone who:

• Has previous experience in delivery driving, retail or customer service and enjoys helping customers both in person and over the phone
• Can pick orders, maintain shop floor displays and ensure information provided is accurate
• Can use a computer and is happy to learn new systems
• Has a clean, valid driver’s licence and is open to working various shifts, including weekends
• Wants to develop their career - either locally, within our network or head office
