Job summary

Reece Group in Colac is seeking a permanent part-time team member for our Trade Counter who will deliver parts, provide customer service to plumbers and tradespeople, and help keep the warehouse running smoothly.

You'll pick orders, pack stock, maintain displays and assist customers in person and over the phone. A valid driver's licence and flexibility, including weekends, are required. This role offers on-site work in Colac with career development.

Qualifications

• Experience in delivery driving, retail, or customer service.

• Tech-savvy and able to learn new systems.
• Clean, valid driver’s license and willingness to work weekends.

About the role

As part of the Trade Counter team in Colac, you’ll divide your time between delivering products, providing customer service to plumbers and other tradespeople as well as undertaking other tasks that keep the warehouse and trade counter running smoothly.

Please note this is a permanent part time position.

A typical day involves:

Delivering parts and products to customers using a company vehicle

Undertaking pick packing and stock control activities

Helping keep the branch and warehouse tidy and safe

Providing customer service and information about products

We’d love to hear from you if you’re someone who:

Has previous experience in delivery driving, retail or customer service and enjoys helping customers both in person and over the phone

Can pick orders, maintain shop floor displays and ensure information provided is accurate

Is tech-savvy and adaptable to learning new systems

Has a clean, valid driver’s licence and is open to working various shifts, including weekends

Wants to develop their career - either locally, within our network or head office
