Job summary

Reece Group in Bowral is seeking a reliable Delivery Driver / Warehouse Assistant to join our Trade Counter team. You will split your time between delivering parts to customers, assisting with stock control, and helping keep the branch and warehouse tidy and safe.

You’ll provide friendly customer service to plumbers and tradespeople, quote customers in person and over the phone, and learn our systems. A valid driver's licence and willingness to work varied shifts, including weekends, are

About the role

As part of the Trade Counter team at our branch in Bowral, you’ll divide your time between delivering products, providing customer service to plumbers and other tradespeople as well as undertaking other tasks that keep the warehouse and trade counter running smoothly.

A typical day involves:

• Delivering parts and products to customers using a company vehicle
• Undertaking pick packing and stock control activities
• Helping keep the branch and warehouse tidy and safe
• Providing customer service and information about products
• Providing quotes both in person and over the phone

We’d love to hear from you if you’re someone who:

• Has previous experience in delivery driving, retail or customer service and enjoys helping customers both in person and over the phone
• Can pick orders, maintain shop floor displays and ensure information provided is accurate
• Tech-savvy and is happy to learn new systems
• Has a clean, valid driver’s licence and is open to working various shifts, including weekends
• Wants to develop their career - either locally, within our network or head office
