Plenti is a fintech lender on a growth trajectory in Australia, seeking a Verifications Officer who turns approved applications into settled loans. You will verify documents, validate customer details and work with brokers, dealers and internal teams to move applications smoothly.

You will thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, demonstrating keen attention to detail, strong communication and problem-solving skills while upholding KYC/AML requirements.

Formación

• Experience in customer service and administration in fast-paced environments.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Clear communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume setting.
• Familiarity with KYC/AML concepts is a plus but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Review and verify customer documents and application information.
• Check identity, payment details and loan requirements.
• Identify discrepancies or missing information and take action.
• Collaborate with brokers, dealers and internal teams to move applications forward.
• Make outbound calls to follow up on missing information.
• Learn and apply lending product knowledge, including KYC/AML/CTF rules.
