Job summary

Plenti is seeking a hands-on Business & Systems Analyst to improve the systems and processes supporting our loan lifecycle. You’ll partner with Operations, Sales, Product and Technology to solve problems, streamline workflows and deliver better ways of working across platforms like Zoho CRM, Amazon Connect, n8n and Zapier.

You’ll run discovery workshops, translate business needs into practical solutions, and develop automation and data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in business analysis, systems analysis, operations or a similar role.
• Strong experience with a CRM such as Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot or similar.
• Strong SQL skills and confidence working with data.
• Experience with APIs, integrations and JSON.
• Experience with automation tools such as n8n, Zapier or similar.
• A track record of improving processes and implementing system changes.
• Experience with telephony or contact centre platforms such as Amazon Connect is a bonus.

About The Role

As a Business & Systems Analyst, you’ll help improve the systems and processes that support our loan lifecycle. You’ll work across Operations, Sales, Product and Technology to solve problems, improve processes and deliver better ways of working.

This is a hands‑on role where you’ll work across systems, data and automation, taking ideas from discovery through to implementation and seeing the impact of your work.

About You

You’re a curious, hands‑on problem solver who enjoys improving how things work. You’re comfortable working with stakeholders and getting into the detail across systems, data and processes. You’ll bring strong analytical skills, technical curiosity and a genuine sense of ownership from problem through to solution.
