Job summary

CR Plus, Sydney's leading producer of recycled road base, aggregates and sand, is seeking an experienced front-end loader operator. You will load trucks to spec, manage stockpiles and perform routine checks in a busy yard environment.

We value reliability, safety, and a can-do attitude. Overtime is paid; onsite health support and ongoing training are provided to keep our team strong and well.

Qualifications

• HOLD a current front-end loader ticket and proven loader operating experience.
• Minimum two years operating large loaders (980s or similar).
• Possess a Building Industry White Card and a current driver's licence.
• Quarry or recycling plant/yard experience is desirable.
• Reliable, punctual and safety-conscious with a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Operate a front-end loader to load trucks to the correct spec and tonnage.
• Build, manage and maintain stockpiles.
• Carry out pre-start and daily equipment checks, reporting faults or defects.
• General yard and housekeeping duties.
• Work safely around trucks and other mobile plant at all times.

About you

Hold a current front-end loader ticket and proven loader operating experience

At least two years operating large loaders (980's or similar)

Possess a building industry White Card

Possess a current driver's licence

Have quarry or recycling plant/yard experience (desirable)

Are reliable and show up on time

Maintain a strong work ethic

Are enthusiastic with a \"can do\" attitude

Are physically fit

Are aware and conscious of Work Health and Safety requirements

Candidates will be requested to pass a fit for work and medical/drug and alcohol test as part of the employment selection.
