Job summary

Fetch Recruitment is seeking experienced Front End Loader Operators to join multiple projects across Melbourne’s large-scale quarry, civil and bulk earthworks sites. You will be responsible for safe operation, loading trucks, and supporting earthworks with a focus on meeting daily targets.

This role offers 50-hour weeks, potential night shifts, and weekly pay. You will work on-site with long-term, stable employment prospects in a dynamic civil construction environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience operating front end loaders in civil, quarry, or bulk earthworks environments.
• Current RII Front End Loader ticket and White Card.
• Valid driver’s licence and reliable transport.
• Availability to work 5–6 days per week, including overtime and night-shift when required.
• Strong recent references.
