Visy is hiring a Loader Operator in Melbourne to support site operations and material handling. Training will be provided for licence holders and for those pursuing certification, with a focus on safe, efficient loader operation within our modern equipment environment.

Qualifications

• Loader operations experience or training preferred.
• Valid Loader Operator Licence required.
• Strong safety mindset and adherence to procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operate loader and load material into hopper following site procedures.
• Complete electronic reporting and required documentation accurately.
• Follow Fatigue Management and Chain of Responsibility regulations.
• Maintain equipment presentation and participate in safety briefings.
• Collaborate with team to ensure safe, efficient operations.

Role Details:

What you'll do:

• Loader Operations.
• Full training is provided if licence is obtained, no experience required.
• Training in site procedures, safe loader operation in our environment and material handling process.
• Load material into the hopper as required
• Work in a team that values Safety and Professionalism.
• Accurately complete electronic reporting systems and other required documentation.
• Comply with all company/site policies, state and national transport regulations, including Fatigue Management and Chain of Responsibility laws.

What You Will Bring:

• A valid Loader Operator Licence.
• Excellent communication, time management skills and a strong commitment to safety and teamwork.
• A comprehensive understanding of chain of responsibility.
• Pride in the presentation and maintenance of equipment.
