Job summary

Bundanon is seeking a Live Programs Manager for a 12‑month fixed term starting January 2027. The role combines hands‑on programming with budget oversight, reporting to the CEO.

You will coordinate, develop and deliver public art programs, manage logistics, and supervise a small team in a dynamic cultural setting. Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience developing and delivering live programs in arts or cultural settings.
• Ability to contribute to creative development of engaging arts programs.
• Strong program management skills including planning, logistics and onsite delivery.
• Experience managing program budgets and resources.
• Experience leading and supporting a team to deliver high‑quality programs.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills balancing creative and operational needs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, develop and deliver public and live programs and events.
• Collaborate with the CEO on programming direction and ideas.
• Develop timelines, schedules and implementation plans for programs.
• Oversee seamless execution of live events and operational delivery.
• Coordinate logistical requirements including contracts, bookings and tech needs.
• Maintain clear systems for documentation, run sheets and updates.
• Prepare signage and marketing collateral as needed.
• Support audience engagement and collect feedback when required.
• Manage stakeholder communications with artists, presenters and partners.
• Lead budget planning and reporting under the CEO's direction.
• Supervise and develop team, rostering and resource planning.
