Job summary

Responsibilities

Assist planning and delivery of production requirements, including schedules and staffing.
Provide production and technical advice on venue suitability and costs.
Develop festival precinct and venue layouts with staging and signage.
Oversee equipment hire, delivery, and storage.
Prepare production briefs for supplier quotes.
Coordinate accessibility delivery across venues.
Implement sustainability initiatives for the festival precinct.
Lead recruitment and supervision of casual production crew.
Coordinate daily production operations across multiple venues.
Ensure WHS compliance and manage production risks.
