Bundanon Trust is seeking an experienced AIR Program Coordinator to oversee the Artists in Residence program. You will manage daily operations, logistics, and communications, ensuring studios, facilities, and access meet artist needs, and maintain records and CRM data for stakeholders.

You will lead application processes, coordinate with external contractors, develop selection criteria, manage budgets and contracts, and foster partnerships to support Bundanon's artistic and educational

Formación

• Relevant tertiary qualifications in Arts, Arts Administration or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Strong organisational and administrative skills with ability to coordinate multiple priorities, schedules, contracts and budgets.
• Experience working respectfully with First Nations artists and communities.
• Experience coordinating programs or projects with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience within the arts, cultural or creative sector.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily operations of the AIR program, including artist communications, scheduling and facilities readiness.
• Provide site inductions and ensure artist studio, cultural and access requirements are met.
• Maintain records and CRM data for stakeholders and update residency manual and archives.
• Coordinate with Marketing to promote AIR and manage Field Notes content.
• Lead the application process, manage online system with external contractors, and establish selection criteria aligned with Bundanon's mission.
• Draft and manage MOUs and oversee partnership-related financial processes including invoicing and reporting.
