Qualifications

• Proven successful leadership in hotels or the accommodation industry as General Manager, Hotel Manager or similar.
• Passion for being creative and thinking differently and embracing local culture and offerings.
• Financial acumen and budget management experience with a similar style accommodation property.
• An advocate for change and constant evolution to ensure best practice and innovative leadership.
• Knowledge and respect for the local environment and economy.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small team of up to 2-3 and foster a culture where people want to work and build a career in hospitality.
• Manage budgets and control costs to maximise profitability and maintain guest and team experience.
• Collaborate with support offices to align marketing, partnerships and promotions with growth plans.
• Drive operational excellence while creating an environment where the curious connect with local experiences.
• Ensure compliance and quality control remain high while supporting sustainable practices.
