Cellars Group operates two independent liquor stores in Melbourne. You will join a casual team, serving customers, assisting with wine, beer and spirits selections, and handling deliveries across Bentleigh and Balaclava locations.

This role involves both customer-facing service and hands-on operational tasks, including stock rotation, pricing checks, and wine bar service shifts at Bentleigh. RSA certification and strong weekend availability are essential.

Qualificações

• RSA certificate required.
• Strong weekend availability (Friday, Saturday evenings) essential.
• Availability across weekdays and evenings.
• Ability to work across Bentleigh and Balaclava locations.
• Physically capable of handling deliveries and stock movement.
• Strong attention to detail (pricing, presentation, stock rotation).
• Reliable, punctual and able to work under structure.
• Solid product knowledge in wine and craft beer.

Responsabilidades

• Provide confident, friendly and informed customer service.

• Receive and stock deliveries and put away stock.
• Ensure pricing accuracy and ticket alignment.

MUST Have

• Current RSA certificate

• Reliable, punctual and comfortable working under structure
• Solid product knowledge in wine and/or craft beer
• Lives within a reasonable distance to the store locations

PREFERRED

• Previous liquor retail experience
• Hospitality or wine bar experience
• Ability to sell wine
