Job summary

Korvest Ltd, an ASX-listed manufacturer, invites applications for a Labourer role at our Kilburn site. You will support production with line marking, 5S organisation and general site tasks.

The ideal candidate has labouring experience, a safety mindset and the ability to work in a dynamic, team-based environment. You will receive training, operate basic maintenance tools, and contribute to a growing Australian manufacturing group with opportunities for ongoing employment and potential share

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a labourer role, preferably in a manufacturing setting.
• Basic knowledge of line marking techniques and 5S principles is an advantage.
• Ability to operate maintenance tools and equipment safely and effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
• Physical stamina and the ability to handle manual tasks and lift equipment as needed.

Responsibilities

• Accurately mark lines, boundaries, exclusion zones and designated areas across the site.
• Assist with the organisation and maintenance of the workspace using 5S methodology.
• Perform routine tasks including machine and work area cleaning and minor repairs.
• Adhere to safety regulations and protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
• Work collaboratively with other team members and departments to support production needs.

ASX listed company Korvest Ltd operates as Korvest Galvanising and EzyStrut. Korvest Galvanising processes structural steel & components for both internal and external customers. EzyStrut is the market leader in cable and pipe support systems throughout Australia. Our Head Office is in Kilburn, South Australia providing manufacturing, galvanising and warehouse facilities locally and servicing a national branch network of warehouses and sales teams.

Your new role:

• Line Marking : Accurately mark lines, boundaries, exclusion zones and designated areas across the site according to safety and operational guidelines.
• 5S Implementation : Assist with the organisation and maintenance of the workspace using the 5S methodology (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain).
• General Tasks : Perform routine tasks including machine and work area cleaning as well as minor repairs.
• Safety Compliance : Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
• Team Support : Work collaboratively with other team members and departments to support production needs and achieve enhanced outcomes.

You will bring:
