Refresco Australia Pty Ltd is seeking a hands-on Production Line Leader for our Condell Park facility. You will lead a production team, ensure safety, quality, and performance targets are met, and support team development in a fast-paced FMCG environment.

The role requires strong leadership, problem-solving, and the ability to manage shifts, including weekends when required. This is a full-time, on-site opportunity within a global beverage manufacturing company.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in FMCG/manufacturing settings.
• Strong leadership, coaching and communication skills.
• Hands-on operator with problem-solving ability.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor production team to operate manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently.
• Operate and troubleshoot machinery across lines and report performance.
