AnglicareSA is seeking a Lifestyle Assistant for a permanent part-time position in Elizabeth, SA. Qualifications
- Certificate III in Aged Care/Individual Support or Certificate III in Leisure & Health, or working towards.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and advocate for residents.
- Proven ability to deliver person-centred care and wellness programs.
Responsibilities
- Deliver meaningful, person-centred wellness programs that promote residents’ independence, health, and wellbeing.
- Foster strong, respectful relationships with residents, families, and the wider care team to support holistic lifestyle outcomes.
- Assess resident needs accurately and maintain thorough documentation to guide ongoing program improvement.
- Work collaboratively with allied health professionals and external experts to ensure engaging and effective program delivery.
- Contribute to quality improvement, training opportunities, and a safe, positive workplace culture.
