Zusammenfassung

Anglicare Sydney is seeking a dedicated Lifestyle Worker to enhance wellbeing and independence for older Australians in Winmalee. This permanent part-time role offers 15 hours per week, with flexibility to pick up additional shifts across morning, afternoon and weekend rosters.

You will deliver lifestyle, recreational and wellbeing programs, support client participation, and promote meaningful engagement while maintaining person-centred care and strong teamwork with families and care teams.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 3 years' experience as lifestyle worker in aged care, community care or similar environments
• 3+ years of experience facilitating group activities, outings or recreational programs and cooking skills
• Certificate III in Aged Care or certificate IV in Leisure & Health
• Current C Class Driver's Licence and ability to drive a twelve-seater bus

• Deliver individual and group lifestyle, leisure and recreational activities
• Encourage and support client participation in programs, events and social activities
• Promote independence, confidence and meaningful engagement
• Transport clients to and from centre-based activities and outings as required
