Job summary

Opal HealthCare is seeking a Wellbeing Manager for Lansdowne Gardens on Wycombe Care Community. Lead a vibrant lifestyle and wellbeing program to enrich residents’ lives in a premium aged care setting.

You will design and deliver programs that promote physical, emotional, social and spiritual wellbeing, working with residents, families and the leadership team to create meaningful experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience in program coordination, lifestyle, wellbeing, or a similar role (aged care highly regarded).
• Leadership experience or a strong desire to coach and support a team.
• A relevant qualification in health, aged care, community services, or leisure & lifestyle is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead a diverse and engaging program of events and activities that support wellbeing.
• Develop personalised engagement plans for residents, celebrating backgrounds, preferences, and passions.
• Coach and mentor our care team to deliver meaningful daily interactions with residents.
• Work closely with clinical and allied health teams to support mobility, independence, and quality of life.
• Be the creative driver behind a vibrant community culture where residents thrive.

About the Role:

Lead a vibrant lifestyle and wellbeing program in our beautiful, premium aged care community located in sought-after Neutral Bay.

As Wellbeing Manager, you'll inspire meaningful engagement, create enriching experiences, and support residents to live with purpose, connection and joy. Working closely with residents, families and the leadership team, you'll design and deliver innovative programs that promote physical, emotional, social and spiritual wellbeing in a luxury care environment.

• Leadership experience or a strong desire to coach and support a team.
• A relevant qualification in health, aged care, community services, or leisure & lifestyle is desirable.
