Job summary

Opal HealthCare in Neutral Bay is seeking a Wellbeing Manager to lead a premium lifestyle and wellbeing program for residents. You will design engaging activities and work with residents, families and the leadership team to promote holistic wellbeing in a luxury aged care environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in program coordination, lifestyle, wellbeing, or similar (aged care preferred).
• Strong creativity, organisation, and communication skills.
• Willing to coach and support a care team.
• Relevant health, aged care, community services, or leisure & lifestyle qualification is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead events and activities supporting physical, emotional, social, and spiritual wellbeing.
• Develop personalised engagement plans for residents with diverse backgrounds, preferences, and passions.
• Coach and mentor the care team for meaningful daily interactions.
• Collaborate with clinical and allied health teams to support resident mobility and independence.
• Foster a vibrant community culture where residents thrive.

As Wellbeing Manager, you'll inspire meaningful engagement, create enriching experiences, and support residents to live with purpose, connection and joy. Working closely with residents, families and the leadership team, you'll design and deliver innovative programs that promote physical, emotional, social and spiritual wellbeing in a luxury care environment.

What You'll Do:

• Lead a diverse and engaging program of events and activities that support physical, emotional, social, and spiritual wellbeing.
• Develop personalised engagement plans for residents, celebrating their unique backgrounds, preferences, and passions.
• Coach and mentor our care team to deliver meaningful, daily interactions with residents.
• Work closely with clinical and allied health teams to support resident mobility, independence, and overall quality of life.

What You'll Need:

• A passion for enriching the lives of others and creating joyful experiences.
• Experience in program coordination, lifestyle, wellbeing, or a similar role (aged care highly regarded).
• Excellent creativity, organisation, and communication skills.
• Leadership experience or a strong desire to coach and support a team.
• A relevant qualification in health, aged care, community services, or leisure & lifestyle is desirable.
