Job summary

Bolton Clarke is seeking a Lifestyle Assistant at Tantula Rise Home to lead and facilitate group and individual leisure activities for residents in a high‑quality aged care setting. You will design, deliver and monitor lifestyle services and therapies while coordinating activities and ensuring compliance with Aged Care Standards.

Qualifications

• Min Cert 3 in Individual Support (essential).
• Previous experience in Aged Care.
• An understanding of person-centred care.

Responsibilities

• Provide and facilitate group and individual leisure and recreational activities for residents.
• Assist with the design, delivery and monitoring of lifestyle services activities and complementary therapies.
• Coordinate engaging individual and group activities and therapies.
• Ensure activities, therapies and documentation comply with Aged Care Standards and relevant Acts.
