Job summary

Buderim Views is seeking a compassionate Aged Care Support role on the Sunshine Coast to assist with designing and delivering activities and therapies for residents. You will coordinate group and individual activities, ensuring documentation and care align with standards and regulations. This role offers ongoing training and supportive teams committed to quality care.

Min Cert 3 in Individual Support is essential; a Cert Leisure & Health is ideal. Australian Working Rights required.

Qualifications

• Positivity and passion for the Aged Care Sector are essential.
• Previous experience in Aged Care is preferred.
• Understanding of person-centred care is important.
• Australian Working Rights are required.

• Assist with the design, delivery and monitoring of group and individual lifestyle services activities and complementary therapies for residents.
• Coordinate engaging individual and group activities and therapies.
