Job summary

Belgravia Leisure is recruiting lifeguards at the Moss Vale War Memorial Aquatic Centre in NSW. The role focuses on day-to-day pool operations, safety and customer service while leading a team of lifeguards during mornings, evenings and weekends.

Successful applicants will be energetic, personable and safety‑minded, with qualifications in First Aid, CPR and Pool Lifeguard, plus the option to transfer to part-time with peak-season hours. A national police check is required.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Understanding of OHS and public safety applications.
• Willingness to work mornings, evenings and weekends.
• Current First Aid (Level 2) & CPR.
• National Police Check.
• Current Pool Lifeguard Certificate.
• Current Pool Operations Certificate.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day pool operations within the facility.
• Ensure safety of all patrons in and around the pools.
• Provide leadership and coaching to our lifeguard team.
• Communicate effectively with participants of diverse ages and needs.
