Belgravia Leisure is seeking an experienced Operations Coordinator for the NSW Moss Vale Aquatic Centre. You will oversee day-to-day operations, lead a team of Duty Managers and Lifeguards, and ensure safety and high-quality guest service.

The role suits someone with extensive aquatics experience aiming to progress, with responsibilities spanning plant operations, safety, and operational compliance.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience of plant room management and pool operations.
• Sound knowledge of work health and safety guidelines, evacuation and emergency procedures.
• Current First Aid (Level 2) and CPR certificates.
• NSW Working with Children Check (or ability to obtain).
• National Police Check (or ability to obtain).
• Current Pool Lifeguard Certificate and Pool Operations Certificate.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day operations of the facility with focus on safety and service delivery.
• Lead, coach and engage a team of Duty Managers and Lifeguards.
• Oversee hazard prevention and compliance with policies and statutory requirements.
• Manage plant operations, lifeguard deployment, maintenance and safety requirements.
