Heidi is building the next generation of healthcare AI. This role sits in the Lifecycle team, owning end-to-end programs from problem framing to post-launch optimization, with a focus on ARR growth across the clinician journey.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in strategy, engineering, growth, partnerships or analytics.
• Quantitative degree or equivalent experience.
• Structured thinking under ambiguity; SQL preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own lifecycle programs end-to-end from definition to optimization.
• Build campaigns in Braze with canvases, triggered flows, segmentation, QA.
• Design experiments with clean cohorts and holdout groups.
• Maintain dashboards in Amplitude and Omni.
• Coordinate with regional teams on local language campaigns.
