Job summary

Heidi Health Ltd is looking for a growth analytics specialist to own data models and analyses behind Growth and Marketing. You’ll collaborate with Growth and Marketing to measure campaign performance, channel mix, and funnel metrics, defending CAC with a commercial view and shaping questions into actionable analyses.

You’ll build dashboards, enable teams to pull insights, maintain the data pipeline, and lead root-cause investigations to ensure data trust and impact across the company.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of analyst experience with exposure to marketing or growth data.
• Romantic streak about software and product impact.
• Self-starter who digs for answers before asking for data.
• Root-cause mindset when numbers look off.
• Passion for AI demonstrated through builds or side projects.
• Prefers building over requesting and welcomes being challenged.
• Comfort sharing ideas and aligning with stakeholders on data truth.

Responsibilities

• Own the data models and analysis behind Growth and Marketing: campaign performance, channel mix, funnel conversion, and acquisition metrics.
• Defend CAC and budget guardrails with a commercial lens on campaigns.
• Turn ambiguous questions into clear analysis plans with actionable insights.
• Build dashboards and reports enabling teams to answer questions without analysts.
• Translate findings into actionable recommendations and avoid solving the wrong problem.
• Maintain end-to-end data pipeline from ingestion to modeled outputs.
• Lead investigations into why numbers move and distinguish trends from broken pipelines.
• Work daily in dbt, Databricks and Omni to raise data modelling and trust.
