Job summary
Kisimul Group Ltd is seeking a Life Practitioner for our Adult Residential Home in Surrey. You will support individuals with complex needs, assist with daily activities, and accompany them on community trips using the company vehicle. A full UK driving licence or two years' UK driving experience is required.

Qualifications
- A genuine passion for care.
- Strong team player.
- Resilient and able to ask for support as needed.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Computer literacy.
- Health & Social Care Level 3 or willingness to work towards it.
Responsibilities
- Provide essential support to individuals with severe learning disabilities and complex needs.
- Assist with daily activities and accompany individuals on community trips.
- Support transportation using the company vehicle; driving licence requirements apply.
