Responsibilities

• Support the Licensing team by managing customer queries and administrative sales functions.
• Respond to inbound communications and assist with quoting, order management and issue resolution.
• Liaise with internal Account Managers and external partners to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Contribute to sales productivity by identifying upsell opportunities and leveraging vendor promotions.
• Maintain accurate data and prepare customer transaction reports.
• Build trust-based relationships with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
